  • Delivery fees are calculated separately based on your location after checkout

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders within Nairobi made before 6PM are eligible for same-day delivery

  • Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered within 1–3 business days

  • Shipping is fulfilled via trusted partners like Pickup Mtaani

  • Delivery charges are communicated separately based on your address

5. Returns & Exchanges

In general:

    • We accept returns only for unused, sealed items within 48 hours of delivery

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs

    • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval
