At Wisha Beauty & Cosmetics, we’re committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle deliveries, returns, and refunds.
🛍 Delivery Information
Nairobi Orders
- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 6:00 PM.
- Orders after 6:00 PM are delivered the next day.
- Delivered via Pickup Mtaani or trusted local couriers.
Orders Outside Nairobi
- Delivered within 1–3 working days.
- Reliable, trackable service via regional delivery partners.
Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees are not calculated at checkout.
- After placing your order, our team will confirm the delivery fee based on your location.
- Payment instructions will be sent via WhatsApp or phone.
📦 Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday.
- You’ll receive confirmation and updates via SMS, call, or WhatsApp.
- In case of delays, our team will contact you directly.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item was damaged or defective upon arrival
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Not Eligible for Return
- Used or opened items
- Returns requested after 3 days
- Products damaged due to misuse or poor storage
How to Request a Return

- Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- We’ll arrange a return pickup or provide drop-off instructions if approved.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed via M-PESA or store credit within 3–5 business days after inspection.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
