🛍 Delivery Information

Nairobi Orders

  • Same-day delivery for orders placed before 6:00 PM.
  • Orders after 6:00 PM are delivered the next day.
  • Delivered via Pickup Mtaani or trusted local couriers.

Orders Outside Nairobi

  • Delivered within 1–3 working days.
  • Reliable, trackable service via regional delivery partners.

Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are not calculated at checkout.
  • After placing your order, our team will confirm the delivery fee based on your location.
  • Payment instructions will be sent via WhatsApp or phone.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday.
  • You’ll receive confirmation and updates via SMS, call, or WhatsApp.
  • In case of delays, our team will contact you directly.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item was damaged or defective upon arrival
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or opened items
  • Returns requested after 3 days
  • Products damaged due to misuse or poor storage

How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. We’ll arrange a return pickup or provide drop-off instructions if approved.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed via M-PESA or store credit within 3–5 business days after inspection.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
